Since half term i have been working with both classes each week on Mondays and Wednesdays in which each class has four groups, each group has been given one canvas .working from the students own ideas and investigations we designed a piece of artwork to cover all 8 canvases. The students collaged differant textures and layers to the canvas, once dry they then painted the background the same shade of light blue before using print rollers to work in a darker blue tone. This has produced a multi layered two tone background to which the main design will be worked into.
